Misc Max

I forgot to take Max's 10 month photo so these will have to count.  Max is a big growing boy.  Weighs in around 25lbs.  He is now getting on his knees all the time and has just started pulling up to stand.  Just a few months ago he wasn't interested in being mobile and now he is on the move.  He still is an army crawler but can move very very quickly.  Loves to clap when you say "yea!" and is starting to play "peak a boo".  He is quick to smile and his big sisters can always get a big belly laugh and smile from him.

Eating

Man, this kid can eat.  I tried solids at about 5 months and he was gaggy and not interested.  One month later we tried again and he loved everything he got his hands on.  Now at 9 months he will eat anything we put in front of him.  I was not thinking about the mess and gave him some cornbread.  By the time it was done it looked like I have him couscous.  Not sure any of it made it in his mouth but he had fun playing with the texture.

Max's Sitting Spot

Max is just like his big sisters and refuses to sit.  I thought it was a micro preemie thing but now I think it is a Singer/Cummings thing.   If we put him in the sitting position he will just arch his back and fall so we look for ways to get him to sit so he gets more comfortable and realizes the world is way more interesting from the sitting view.  We discovered that one of our storage bins works perfectly to have Max sit.  He thought it was hilarious.
