What a day!

Today was a little interesting. We had a few dump truck loads of rock brought in to finish up filling in the space between the foundation and ground level. As the truck was dumping it's last load for the day he backed up a little too far and tipped over (everyone is safe!!). Unfortunately it fell over on the retaining wall that was just about to have concrete poured later in the day and our house foundation. We're not sure how much damage there is, but the retaining wall has to be redone and all the many tons of rock that have been poured, leveled, and compacted over the last week have to be dug out so we can see the potential damage. There is some damage to the foundation...but too soon to tell just how much. The truck had to be turned over by two huge tow trucks and once it was upright you could tell it was totaled.

This is the truck after it was turned right side up...the dump part shouldn't be at that angle. The truck is toast.
